Matthew Bryant
Matthew BryantGeneral Contractor- Operations Manager
Matthew brings over a decade of residential construction experience from California, Idaho, and now Washington. From small repairs to custom home builds. Partnering with Blue Bear Builder working alongside Steve and Marina, he’s committed to homeowner satisfaction through clear communication and professional craftsmanship —making sure everyone shares the same expectations, and then delivering on them.

Known for a sharp eye to detail and a steady, organized approach, Matthew has a knack for turning a customer’s vision into reality through thoughtful planning and code-compliant execution. He doesn’t see projects as “just builds”—he sees them as helping people shape their home and future. He treats the human side of the process with the same care as the tangible workmanship he completes with skill and expertise.

Outside of work, Matthew is usually in the outdoors—hiking, camping, surfing, and spending time with his dog and wife. He’s a self-guided learner with a long-running interest in science.

Home Project Highlight

Part of the authenticity behind the brand is to showcase our current home projects for future clientele. This catio was created to ensure a safe and interactive space for two of our four legged critters, Fig & Fern. We are thrilled with the results and hope you enjoy our little passion project, too! Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have or any inspired home project you might think up!
